请不要在邮件或 issue 里发送验证码、密钥、二维码或数据库文件。发现安全问题请发邮件，标题写上“安全”，不要公开提交 issue。

在哪里下载 Cue？
Cue 还没有上架应用商店，上架后下载链接会放在首页。Android 版现在可以按照 README 从源代码构建。
忘了密码怎么办？
Cue 的密码无法找回，开发者也无法解密你的数据库。如果开启了指纹或面容解锁，可以先用它解锁，再到“设置 > 安全”里更改密码。
换手机时怎么迁移？
在旧手机上打开“设置 > 导入与导出”，导出加密的数据库文件，把文件传到新手机，然后在新手机上 Cue 的欢迎页选择导入数据库。也可以直接用自动备份的文件。Android 版和 iPhone 版用同一种数据库文件，两个平台之间也能这样迁移。在 iPhone 之间，开启 iCloud 同步即可。
能从 Google 身份验证器或 Aegis 迁移过来吗？
可以。Google 身份验证器：在里面选择“转移账号 > 导出账号”，用 Cue 扫描生成的二维码。Aegis：Cue 直接读取 Aegis 的数据库和备份。其他应用可以在“设置 > 导入与导出”里导入。
为什么 Android 版没有自动填充？
Android 同一时间只允许一个应用提供自动填充，这个位置通常被密码管理器占着，所以 Cue 在 Android 上用 Cue 键盘和桌面小组件提供验证码。iPhone 版支持自动填充，按条目的“网站”匹配。
Cue 键盘为什么不能打字？
Cue 键盘只用来填验证码。在 Android 上，填完会自动切回原来的键盘；需要手动切换时，点 Cue 键盘右上角的键盘图标。
Cue 会上传我的验证码吗？
不会。Android 版没有网络权限；iPhone 版只在你开启 iCloud 同步时，把加密的数据库存进你自己的 iCloud。详见隐私政策。

For problems or suggestions, email support@cueapp.net or open an issue on GitHub, for either the Android or the iPhone version. Include your phone model, system version, Cue version (on the About page) and the steps that lead to the problem.
Never send codes, secrets, QR codes or vault files, by email or in an issue. Report security problems by email with "Security" in the subject, not in a public issue.
Questions
Where can I get Cue?
Cue isn't in the app stores yet; the download links will be on the home page once it is. Until then, Cue for Android can be built from source as the README describes.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
Cue's password can't be recovered, and the developer can't decrypt your vault. If you turned on fingerprint or face unlock, unlock with that and change the password under Settings > Security.
How do I move to a new phone?
On the old phone, export an encrypted vault under Settings > Import & Export, copy the file to the new phone, and choose to import a vault on Cue's welcome screen. An automatic backup file works too. Cue for Android and Cue for iPhone use the same vault file, so this also works across platforms. Between iPhones, turn on iCloud Sync.
Can I move from Google Authenticator or Aegis?
Yes. In Google Authenticator, choose Transfer accounts > Export accounts and scan the QR code with Cue. Cue opens Aegis vaults and backups as they are. Other apps can be imported under Settings > Import & Export.
Why is there no AutoFill on Android?
Android lets only one app provide AutoFill at a time, and that slot usually belongs to a password manager, so on Android Cue offers codes through the Cue keyboard and the home screen widget. Cue for iPhone fills codes through AutoFill, matched by an entry's website.
Why can't I type with the Cue keyboard?
The Cue keyboard is only for inserting codes. On Android it switches back to your usual keyboard after inserting one; to switch yourself, tap the keyboard icon at its top right.
Does Cue upload my codes?
No. Cue for Android has no network access; Cue for iPhone only stores the encrypted vault in your own iCloud if you turn on iCloud Sync. See the privacy policy.
